Queens Gate, London SW7
Full Flat Refurbishment
We were asked by a private client to complete a full refurbishment to Ground Floor based two-bedroom flat, with total floor area of app 110 sq.m and a rear roof terrace. Design work was done by Moscow based architect firm ANC Concept.
The property was extensively remodelled including Kitchen by Nicholas Anthony, Wardrobes by Poliform Varenna, Steel Framed Windows on the façade side of the building by Fabco Sunctuary.

Extensive Refurbishment
Our relationship with this particular client started from very basic maintenance tasks: replacing bath tap mixer, some minor repairs and hardwood floor installation, all during different times period.
In two years time we were commissioned to tackle extensive refurbishment on the client’s property, located on the third floor of a beautiful period building in the heart of Knightsbridge.
Manson Place, London SW7
Full Refurbishment
Full refurbishment on two-bedroom flat, with app floor area of 90 sq.m, located on the 4th floor of Victorian building in South Kensington.
Main challenge of the project was to make sure that appropriate floor sound insulation was designed and installed; all floor joists in the main part of the property needed to be re-enforced and level had to be adjusted.
