With initial visit to your property, as a starting point, throughout the whole project we make sure that our communication with a Client is prompt and reactive, our quotes are transparent and fully understood, Site Manager for each project is point of the direct contact for the Client.
In the time of the project you will be regularly briefed on the main points of the progress. Every project, no matter how large or small, goes through the same routine: each of them is carefully planned and managed thoroughly.
During a project should any unavoidable delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. If there are any changes in the work scope or you request for additional work to be done on the project, we will mutually agree and confirm in writing prior to beginning any such work.
TRUSTY BUILDERS is Health & Safety compliant company with adequate insurance in place for each project. We are fully aware of human error chances, therefore quality control on all projects stages is implemented on our sites.
Service / Maintenance Folder is created for each renovation or maintenance projects, with all renewed property information. Normally it contained: copies of appliances manuals, suppliers and related materials info data, any relevant instructions and guarantees, colour schemes. Folder is handed over to you in the end of the project, and we keep copy of all related info too.
